The Journey Wall exercise can be a great blessing and an important step forward for many churches seeking revitalization or healing. In creating a Journey Wall, church members remember the past, thank God for His blessings, discover the values which have characterized and guided their congregation, observe trends, patterns and habits, get questions answered and are helped in moving forward to the next phase of the ministry which God has for them. It can be an evening for “turning a corner” and leaving the past – but not its lessons – behind.
